Job Responsibilities

• Process transactions, issue cheques, and update ledgers, budgets, etc.
• Ensure payments, amounts and records are correct
• Prepare financial statements
• Controlling credit and chasing debt
• Invoice processing and filing
• Bank reconciliation
• Preparation of cash flow forecasts
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management and support as needed

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field

CA / CIMA, CMA, ACCA part qualified

• At least 5+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role
• Sound verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
• Expertise in QuickBooks and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Enthusiastic, self-driven and possess the ability to perform under minimum supervision
• Sense of urgency and deadline driven
