  • Preparation on weekly and monthly slides on performance of the business unit and teams.
  • Create and update employee portals on new joiners and resignations
  • Create client user ID
  • Prepare team wise capacity reports
  • Share details on KPI and keep track of the One to One discussions
  • Maintaining trackers and attendance details
  • Preparing client reconciliations
  • Generation of customized reports
  • Updating WNS portals suck as Vital signs
  • Overlook Training
  • Overlook Quality
  • Other ad-hoc requests/reports/reconciliations/presentations
  • Good Comms.
  • Ability to manage a team of 04.
