The Job

  • Responsible to supervise and maintain operations related to Insurance and business development to ensure smooth functioning of all operations.
  • Required to monitor activities related to customer experience, customer claims and inquiries and ascertain exceptional service levels are met.
  • Responsible for developing a comprehensive marketing plan mainly focusing on digital marketing and marketing communications for InsurTech vertical.
  • Need to constantly liaise with relevant underwriting partners to formulate or adjust the marketing plan according to market dynamics.
  • Required to generate innovative concepts and combinations to provide the customers with the new experience covering the 360- degree approach.
  • Responsible to generate value addition to the customers through partnerships and generate new revenue streams.
  • Should development and maintenance of InsurTech business to facilitate greater customer experience.
  • Ensure monthly flow of insurance related data to BI, managing data and storing in applicable formats.
  • Responsible for managing and monitoring necessary dashboard view for managing the business – Revenue & Operational activities.

The Person

  • Should hold a degree or professional qualifications (part or fully qualified) or related Management qualifications.
  • Should have Knowledge on Marketing / Business Development/ Negotiation / Technical knowledge.
  • Should possess 2 years related work experience in the insurance field.
