The Job

  • Responsible for developing and implementing a go-to-market plan, working with Business, Sales, and Agencies to execute on all platforms.
  • Required to establish channels of communication to ensure partners and customers have access to marketing tools, and to develop customized solutions for partners.
  • Responsible for designing and overseeing all aspects of digital marketing activities including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Need to develop the marketing plans for the Mobile Financial Services products in line with Divisional objectives.
  • Required to identify the latest trends and technologies affecting FinTech industry.
  • Responsible to ensure effective campaigns are driven to support BU to increase active use of products.
  • Responsible for assisting to prepare corporate proposals and customer presentations to update user requirement.
  • Required to coordinate with our content manager on the scope and direction of content creation.
  • Ensure to evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Required to carry out research for different brands to identify the pulse of the customers and market and inform senior management.
  • Accountable for creating and generating appropriate reports for senior management decision making.
  • Ensure processing of all marketing related expenses in a timely manner.
  • Required to maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant divisional functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

The Person

  • Should hold CIM / equivalent professional or diploma/degree in management.
  • Should have Knowledge on relevant product and industry knowledge.
  • Should have excellent communication Skills in English & a good level of communication skill in Sinhala along with excellent business writing and reporting skills.
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years work experience in Corporate Sectors.
  • Should possess experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies and, experience in practicing, presenting, and interpreting both quantitative & qualitative business models.
