At BISEKA PVT LTD, we value the power of social media in connecting with our customers, and we’re looking for a dedicated Social Media Sales Executive to help us harness this potential. As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Respond to customer inquiries and messages on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
• Engage with potential customers to provide product information and answer questions.
• Process and manage customer orders received through social media channels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders in Excel or CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert social media leads into sales opportunities.
• Update product information and pricing on social media profiles as needed.
• Monitor and track social media comments and reviews, addressing any customer concerns or issues.
• Analyze social media engagement and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the development of social media content and campaigns to promote products and services.

Requirements :

• A strong academic background with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field is required. Exceptional performance in school or relevant coursework demonstrates your commitment to excellence.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English communication is essential. You should be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in using Excel or CRM software for order processing and record-keeping is required. Familiarity with other digital tools and software relevant to social media management is a plus.
