Education/ Experience And Skill Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related or quantitative fields (marketing, computing, business and information technology)
  • Over 2 years of experience in similar capacity
  • Hands-on experience in measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in CMSs (Sitecore, etc.), marketing automation tools (Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.), Analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) and social media platforms
  • Knowledge of web and document accessibility
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, trends, strategies and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, with ability to meet deadlines and work in multi-cultural environment
  • Solution-oriented mindset, with strong focus on quality, attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency, attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and handle conflicting priorities while maintaining quality consistently
  • Knowledge of/interest in capital markets, funds and asset management (preferred)


  • Develop and manage efficient procedures and workflows for the digital content life cycle, including creation, approval, revision and removal
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure content is up to date
  • Create tags based on data requirements, troubleshoot erroneous tags and assist with tag migration and integration
  • Provide monthly analytic reports with recommendations to drive and optimise traffic, behaviour, campaign response, keyword research/analysis, SEO and SEM opportunities
  • Set up required accounts in Google Analytics, mapping variables to account ID and setting up data layers and assign user permissions
  • Execute the day-to-day delivery of e-mail marketing campaigns, product literature, quarterly newsletters, invitations, event materials, etc.
