- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Plan, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.) to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for online channels, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and more.
- SEO and SEM Management: Manage SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and oversee paid advertising campaigns, optimizing for maximum ROI.
- Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a social media calendar, create engaging posts, and interact with the audience to build a strong online presence.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Website Management: Collaborate with web developers to ensure the website is optimized for user experience and search engines.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, email marketing software, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) a plus.
