We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant, Hotel Operations to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka’s largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.

In this role, you will report to the Hotel Manager and will play a pivotal role with the divisional leadership team in assisting them with a wide range of administrative tasks, strategic initiatives, and operational projects. Your ability to anticipate needs, maintain confidentiality, and provide unwavering support to the team will be essential to become successful in this role. As the Executive Assistant, Hotel Operations, you will be heavily involved in all hotel operations relating to Rooms, Spa and Wellness, Security, VIP and Butler Service divisions as per directives given by the Hotel Manager.

In your role, you will analyse and provide the Hotel Manager with all relevant key business information relating to all divisions under his purview. In addition, you are responsible for keeping a seamless coordination between all divisions and ensure the operations are maintained complying to the highest standards and with utmost comfort and satisfaction for all our guests.

• Do you possess previous administrative experience in a hotel?

• Do you have proficiency in MS Office packages, particularly with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel?

• Do you have good interpersonal skills and can communicate at different levels within the organization?

• Can you work under pressure and meet deadlines?

• Do you have familiarity with Project Management?
