We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive, Human Resources (Administration), to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka’s largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Human Resources (Administration), the Executive, Human Resources will be crucial in supporting the HR Team in various essential functions and projects, emphasizing pre-opening support.

You will be supporting in managing personnel records, benefits administration, and payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation. Assisting in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant regulations and to promote a positive work environment and act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns and fostering a positive.
