Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Colombo for an Executive – Marketing & Brand Strategy. In this role, you will work closely with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies that build our brand identity, drive sales, and increase customer loyalty. You will oversee all aspects of the marketing function, including market research, advertising, social media, public relations, and events. You will also analyze market trends and customer insights to stay on top of the latest industry trends and adapt our strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role
  • Experience in the watch industry is a plus
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, including SEM/SEO and Google Analytics is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
