Your role is to:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with suppliers, understanding their needs and business objectives.
  • Monitor supplier performance, analyze sales data, and work collaboratively with suppliers to optimize product listings, pricing and promotions to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and customer service, to enhance the supplier experience, resolve issues, and ensure efficient operations.
  • Leverage data analytics to make informed decisions and track the impact of growth strategies on merchant performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supplier growth executives, providing guidance, performance feedback and professional development opportunities.

A bit about you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in supplier management, business development or vendor relations within the e-commerce or related industry.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce trends, online marketplaces, and supply chain dynamics is a plus.
