This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Digital Marketing located in Colombo. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all digital marketing efforts, including developing and implementing digital strategies, managing social media marketing, optimizing lead generation, and utilizing web analytics to drive business growth. The candidate will also work closely with the sales and revenue teams to coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Marketing skills, including brand strategy and positioning, product marketing, and competitive analysis.
- Digital Strategy skills, including developing and executing digital marketing strategies and initiatives, staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Social Media Marketing skills, including managing social media channels, creating and publishing engaging content, and analyzing actionable social media insights.
- Lead Generation skills, including creating and executing lead generation campaigns, developing target audience profiles, and measuring performance with relevant KPIs and metrics.
- Web Analytics skills, including analyzing website traffic, optimizing website and landing pages, and using data to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
