We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Sales – Leisure to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka’s largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.

You will report directly to the Director, Sales – Leisure, and will oversee and drive sales initiatives within the leisure segment of the business while nurturing relationships with clients to ensure exceptional satisfaction and sustained growth. Through effective communication, market analysis, and collaboration with internal teams, you will contribute to the growth of the leisure client base while achieving sales targets.

As the Manager, Sales – Leisure you will be responsible for proactively soliciting and managing Tour Operator account-related opportunities with significant revenue potential, focusing on the leisure market while actively seeking ways to enhance sales processes, streamline operations, and improve customer experiences, contributing to the overall growth and success of the leisure sales division. You will be expected to develop effective leisure sales plans and actions, whilst upselling each business opportunity to maximise both personal as well as team revenue goals. As the Manager, Sales – Leisure, you will guarantee that the business is turned over efficiently and in a timely manner in order to promote customer loyalty by providing service excellence throughout each guest experience.
