Key Requirements

  • Successfully passed the GCE A/L examination or experience in sales & marketing with certificate level qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in field sales, preferably in spare parts sales or automotive industry.
  • Previous experience and qualifications in dealer management will be advantageous.
  • Possess good analytical skills and knowledge of computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Good negotiation skills and commitment of working long hours as per requirement.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales target while maximizing the profitability.
  • Responsible for developed the parts sales and market share in given territory.
  • Regularly visit parts dealers and canvas dealers for parts sales.
  • Support for order forecasting via providing accurate management information’s.
  • Awareness on competitor activities / products and discuss the information with the strategic management team to facilitate the necessary strategic planning.
  • Organize promotional campaigns as per the promotion plan.
  • Handle the customer leads and support customers to solve their issues related to parts.
  • Attend sales meetings and coordinate the dealers for meetings whenever required.
  • Handling parts inventory in given scope and debt collection.
