This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following :
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adhere to Garment and footwear change requirements on entry to Factory Packing areas as instructed in the relevant SOPs.
Ensure all subordinates follow GMP/ EHS requirements at all times.Maintain strict personal hygiene as instructed in the relevant SOPs to prevent contamination of products particularly after using cloak room and toilets after breaks.
Ensure agreed supplies are met in a timely manner.Assist head of the division by completing all packaging operations on daily basis based on the weekly packing schedule and any additional packaging operations which you may be instructed to do by them at any given time.
Effective allocation of Production operatives, Process technicians and Team Leaders to meet and exceed daily production targets based on the weekly packing schedule and guide, direct and instruct packing staff to meet and exceed daily packaging objectives and targets.
Overall ‘SUPERVISION & CO ORDINATION’ of all Packing and related operations, including updating of records.Ensure that the current Standard Operating procedures relevant to the Packing operations and MPI is being followed, SOP in place and in useEnsure to achieve departmental KPIs and targets.
Review and authorize Batch Manufacturing Document, Batch Packing Record and Reconciliation sheets of production.Perform Transaction in MERP system and CMMS systemPerform nightshifts when necessary.
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Should possess G.C.E. (O/L) qualification. Relevant qualification in technical field.
At least 2 years’ experience in production on Packaging of Food / Pharmaceutical industry.
