Key Requirements

  • Full or part qualification from SLIM/CIM or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 2 year working experience in the sales field and automobile sales experience would be advantageous.
  • Fluent in English and possess good sales and marketing skills.
  • Possess good negotiation and customer service skills and be an effective communicator,

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Achieve the monthly/annual set sales targets and maintain high volume of sales at profitable margins under severe competition.
  • Update and follow-up all inquiries received from marketing sources.
  • Conduct promotional campaigns /activities and build up relationship with leasing partners to ensure that the customer expectations are always met with the standard set by Nissan showrooms.
  • Attend all sales meetings and modular training sessions including all product launch trainings.
  • Awareness on competitor activities, their products and discuss the data with the sales manager to facilitate the necessary strategic planning by the management.
  • Document and maintain all records pertaining to the sales activities for future reference and for use by the sales managers.
  • Work extended hours, evenings and weekends to achieve the objectives and goals.
