About the job

The tele sales representative will be responsible for generating sales leads, making cold calls, and closing sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive manner, and a thorough understanding of the products or services being sold.


1. Identify potential customers and make outbound cold calls to introduce them to our products/services.

2. Deliver a standardized sales script to pique potential customer interest.

3. Persuade potential customers to purchase the product or service, addressing any queries or concerns they might have.

4. Address customer concerns, ensuring they have a positive experience, and provide after-sales support if necessary.

5. Maintain a deep understanding of the product/service being sold to answer questions and overcome objections.

6. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas


  • High school diploma or equivalent, although a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role is preferred
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Familiarity with the industry or product can be beneficial
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
