Your role is to:
- Responsible for execution of reviews and operational tasks of Search Operations team.
- Filter out all the irrelevant search results that show up against certain search terms.
- Identify the reason for the distorted results, categories each reason under the relevant error type and through cross category help and/or through Alibaba’s in-house software tools, get the errors fixed.
- Responsible for placement of search banners against relevant search terms and any other search related projects currently in the pipeline.
- Analyze search results and fix issues on relevant internal tools in real time.
- Identify and recommend fixes in PDP recommendations, category listing pages and search filters.
A little bit about you:
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Candidates with up to two years of professional experience.
- Sound knowledge in Excel.
- Proficient command of the English language.
