Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of social media experience at an agency, with a focus on lead generation, social media campaigns and content creation
• Strong knowledge and confident use of social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn)
• Excellent organisation skills, including time management. Able to multitask and manage multiple deadlines
• Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to spot typos easily, and takes absolute pride in the quality of their written work, particularly around social media management
• Excellent written skills for creating engaging social media copy
• Confident use of social media advertising platforms (e.g. Ad Manager) is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills via telephone, social platforms, e-mail, etc – the ability to empathise and respond appropriately to customer enquiries on social media is essential
• Analytical thinker, capable of learning fast and quickly adapting to new tools and platforms
• Experience in influencer relations/campaign management is an advantage
• Curious: a desire to learn, improve, apply new knowledge and develop
• Proactive, quick working and self-motivated team player
• Tenacious and hard-working
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Proven ability and experience in research
