Required years of Experience: 5- 8
- Design/Deploy/Administer Exchange 2013/2010 HA and implementation in Exchange 2013/2010.
- DAG concepts Mail flow in Exchange 2013/2010/2007.
- Client Access in Exchange 2013/2010.
- Transport Rule creation O365 Hybrid configuration Co-existence with O365 Exchange 2013/2010.
- Management and administration CAS: Client connectivity concepts/Auto discover/Load Balancing Troubleshooting Mailbox movement issue.
- Take ownership of tasks assigned and drive it to closure, provide updates on regular basis.
- Create technical documentation for training of end users and maintenance of the environment.
Expertise skill area:
Must have expertise knowledge on premises / Office 365 mail flow and troubleshooting internal / External.
Must have expertise knowledge on cross premises free busy trouble shooting and publishing URLs using security systems.
Expertise knowledge on Dir Sync configurations, on premises to office 365 Sync trouble shooting etc.
Expertise knowledge on trouble shooting Onboarding / off boarding issues.
Expertise knowledge on Calendaring technologies, resource mailboxes etc.
Expertise knowledge on handling on premises exchange servers.
Knowledge in planning and design messaging solution with Hybrid model.
Expertise on handling Active Sync, URL configurations, Auto discover issues.
Good understanding of SIP methods and signaling.
SFB/Lync troubleshooting knowledge and experience on tools like Snooper, Net Mon, Wire shark, CLS Logging etc.
In-depth knowledge on CDR is a must.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory concepts.
Hands-on experience on troubleshooting and messaging technologies like Exchange 2010/2013/2016 & Exchange Online (EXO) Domain addition / deletion.
Journaling/Archiving Lync/Skype: Minimum 5 years of experience in Lync 2013 and/or Skype for Business (SFB) Intermediate to Advanced level knowledge in SFB or Lync2013.
Experience on Office 365 (EXO), hybrid model.
Hands-on experience on-prem to EXO migrations and post EXO migration with support Knowledge of scripting – PowerShell, VB script etc.
Experience on project handling.
Experience in administration & Troubleshooting Enterprise Voice on Lync / SFB including SIP Trunks
Experience in Patch management of Lync/SFB environment and migrations Configuration &
UM dial plans, Helpdesk call handling solutions (such as Team Ring, Response Group Service)
