Work Dynamics What this job involves:
- Monthly review of Deliverables and KPIs for continued relevance.
- Achieve client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain detailed understanding of the client’s business and key factor influencing their requirement for our services
- Develop and implement a strategic program for pursuing key initiatives and innovation leading to demonstrable continuous improvement
- Deliver value-creating opportunities to the client.
- Management of sourcing, hiring, training and backfill process for all staff
- Manage and assist with the personal development of all direct reports
- Develop and manage succession plans and appraisals for all reports
- Manage all service contracts, including inspections and quality management of service delivery
- Preparation of budgets and client reports, including financial reconciliation for service contract accounts
- Planning and achieving short, medium and long term Operational cost saving initiatives
- To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs at (Client) with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices.
- Manage M&E scope of the projects to ensure the quality and deliverables with in the stipulated time.
- To provide comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services to the client.
- To achieve financial and other targets established by the client.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets.
- Establish Engineering & Operational procedures and roll out the same.
- Establish contacts with local authorities on the facility related issues and maintain the relationship. Responsible for all legal & authorities related compliances pertaining to facility & engineering systems.
- Review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Plan & take responsibility for smooth operations of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installations and Civil works pertaining to the facility.
- Responsible for planning a critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturer’s recommendations and inventory.
- Periodically inspect the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for a better management of Engineering systems.
- Work towards the ‘ZERO’ downtime and set up the practices to ensure the delivery of seamless service to Clients.
- Responsible for setting up the maintenance contracts to ensure risk mitigation to the Client operations.
- Implement Energy management programs to reduce the cost of utilities.
- Responsible for weekly & monthly reports on M&E, covering maintenance contracts, spare parts consumption, Incident reports, Improvement projects etc.
