Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies for the cluster of Anantara Hotels & Resorts properties in Kalutara, Western Province, Sri Lanka.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, property managers, and corporate headquarters to align marketing efforts with overall brand objectives and goals.
- Create engaging and persuasive marketing materials, including promotional collateral, advertising campaigns, digital content, and social media strategies, tailored to each property and target audience.
- Manage the cluster’s online presence and digital marketing channels, including website content, social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
- Coordinate marketing events, activations, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, tracking key metrics and KPIs, and providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure press coverage, partnerships, and promotional opportunities.
- Oversee the cluster’s marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing communications, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing communications, preferably within the hospitality or luxury travel industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with demonstrated results in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative flair and attention to detail, with a passion for storytelling and creating compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing software, content management systems, and web analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and project management.
- Flexibility to travel within the cluster and occasionally internationally, as required.
