Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in client management or a related field. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services to clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
• Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive measures to resolve any issues or complaints.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to update clients on the status of their accounts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in client management, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and client satisfaction metrics.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Must be a female Indian national residing in Dubai, UAE.
