Description:

As a Mall Manager at Landmark Group’s Oasis Malls in Dubai, you’ll be at the helm of one of the city’s premier shopping destinations. With 7 to 10 years of experience in the retail or commercial real estate industry, you’ll bring a wealth of knowledge to this role.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the mall, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing tenant relationships, coordinating with maintenance and security teams, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

You’ll be tasked with optimizing occupancy rates and rental income, working closely with leasing agents to attract new tenants and negotiate lease agreements. Your strong negotiation skills and business acumen will be essential in driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability.

As a leader, you’ll inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards throughout the mall. Your ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment will be crucial in achieving organizational goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.

In addition to operational responsibilities, you’ll be involved in strategic planning and decision-making, identifying opportunities for expansion and growth while mitigating risks and challenges.
