Job Description:

Aarunya Nature Resort and Spa is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our resort. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all departments, including food and beverage, culinary, event management, and guest services. You will work closely with department heads to uphold our high standards of service and hospitality, while also maximizing operational efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of all departments within the resort, including food and beverage, culinary, event management, housekeeping, and guest services.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery across all areas.
• Manage and motivate staff to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and execute strategic plans for revenue growth and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner to maintain guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Foster a positive work environment based on teamwork, communication, and mutual respect.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
