Job Description:
Climatric is seeking a talented PHP Laravel Developer to join our dynamic team in Kandy. As a Laravel Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications that support our mission of providing innovative climate control solutions. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using PHP Laravel framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement database structures, ensuring data integrity and optimization.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and suggest solutions to enhance application performance and usability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web development, and continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PHP Laravel Developer or similar role.
- Proficient in PHP, Laravel framework, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
