We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Service Manager Consultant with extensive expertise in Finance, Billing, and Customer Services to join our team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:
- SAP Implementation and Management:
- Lead the implementation and management of SAP modules related to Finance (FI), Billing (SD), and Customer Services (CS).
- Ensure seamless integration and functionality of SAP systems across various business units.
- Project Leadership:
- Oversee SAP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and customer service departments.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement best practices for finance, billing, and customer service processes using SAP solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the SAP project team.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress and system performance.
- Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of SAP systems.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve SAP-related issues.
- Compliance and Security:
- Ensure all SAP operations comply with corporate policies, industry regulations, and security protocols.
- Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive financial and customer data.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Application, Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Science, or Bachelor of Business Administration.
- Experience:
- 14 to 25 years of experience in SAP consulting with a focus on Finance, Billing, and Customer Services.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale SAP projects.
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FI, SD, and CS modules.
- Proficiency in SAP implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
