Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Service Manager Consultant with extensive expertise in Finance, Billing, and Customer Services to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing and optimizing SAP solutions to enhance our financial and billing processes and customer service operations. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills to drive innovation and efficiency in our SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP Implementation and Management:
  • Lead the implementation and management of SAP modules related to Finance (FI), Billing (SD), and Customer Services (CS).
  • Ensure seamless integration and functionality of SAP systems across various business units.
  • Project Leadership:
  • Oversee SAP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and customer service departments.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Identify and implement best practices for finance, billing, and customer service processes using SAP solutions.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the SAP project team.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress and system performance.
  • Training and Support:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of SAP systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve SAP-related issues.
  • Compliance and Security:
  • Ensure all SAP operations comply with corporate policies, industry regulations, and security protocols.
  • Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive financial and customer data.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Application, Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Science, or Bachelor of Business Administration.
  • Experience:
  • 14 to 25 years of experience in SAP consulting with a focus on Finance, Billing, and Customer Services.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale SAP projects.
  • Technical Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP FI, SD, and CS modules.
  • Proficiency in SAP implementation methodologies and best practices.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
