Job Description:

Landmark Gulf Group Careers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring efficient and effective management.
  • Manage tenant relations, including handling inquiries, concerns, and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and cleanliness standards.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, obtaining quotes, and supervising contractors as necessary.
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to optimize occupancy and rental income.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, including forecasting and monitoring expenses.
  • Negotiate and execute lease agreements and renewals, ensuring terms are favorable and in compliance with regulations.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions regarding pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to leases, maintenance, and financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as finance, legal, and marketing, to achieve overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license is desirable.
