Description:

Lusail Hospitality and Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As the Recruitment Manager, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
3. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
4. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
5. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
6. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
8. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 5-10 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
3. Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software.
7. Knowledge of Qatar labor laws and regulations is preferred.
8. Arabic language proficiency is an advantage but not required.
