Hisco For Foodstuff Trading Co. LLC is seeking a skilled Secretary – Receptionist to join their team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of relevant experience, with a monthly salary ranging from AED 2,000 to 2,500.
As a Secretary – Receptionist, you will play a vital role in managing the front desk activities and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the company. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional manner.
- Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Managing the reception area and maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinating meetings and appointments, and managing the office calendar.
- Handling correspondence, both incoming and outgoing, including emails and letters.
- Assisting other departments with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and courteous demeanor. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are essential for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software is preferred.
