OCS Shipping LLC is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join their team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
3. Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close sales deals.
4. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
7. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
7. UAE driving license is preferred but not required.
