Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Medical Sales Representative to join our team in the vibrant markets of Dubai and Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Senior Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or healthcare services to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in assigned territories.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key decision-makers.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and networking within the medical community.
4. Provide product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
5. Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to ensure product availability and promote brand awareness.
6. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
8. Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
9. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science, Science, Pharmacy, or Dental Surgery.
2. Proven track record of 3-5 years in medical sales, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Results-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving sales targets.
7. Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
8. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
9. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
