Job Description:

Sphere IT Consultants DWC LLC is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our business by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
• Identify emerging trends and market shifts while keeping abreast of competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and expand our professional network.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the IT sector.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and objectives.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Emirati nationality preferred, but open to all nationalities.
