Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining information systems to meet the business needs of our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of business processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system development.
2. Design, develop, and implement information systems to support business processes and improve efficiency.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
4. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate potential solutions.
5. Evaluate existing systems and propose enhancements or modifications to improve performance and usability.
6. Develop system documentation, including requirements documents, design documents, and user manuals.
7. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
8. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role, with 5 – 10 years of experience.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Proficiency in programming languages, database management systems, and software development methodologies.
6. Experience with system integration and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions.
7. Knowledge of business process modeling and workflow analysis techniques.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
9. Arab Nationality preferred, but not required.
10. Must be based in Dubai, UAE or willing to relocate.
